35,000 SQ. FT. MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS

Heine Construction expertly managed this project within a very tight schedule, coordinating with multiple trades to ensure timely completion. One of the challenges was contending with high winds, as the site was in an open area surrounded by farm fields. The medical office building included specialized rooms for a CT and MRI machine. Heine Construction handled the entire site development, including the parking lot and site lighting, transforming the greenfield, undeveloped site into a fully finished building.
