2. EQUIPMENT RELOCATION
Heine Construction is uniquely able to disassemble, move, and store critical equipment of ALL sizes during the construction process to ensure nothing gets damaged.
3. CONSTRUCTION
This phase involves site preparation, foundation work, framing, installing systems, and interior and exterior finishes. This phase transforms plans into reality, with ongoing inspections ensuring compliance with codes and specifications throughout the construction process.
4. POST-CONSTRUCTION
This includes creating and completing punch lists, final inspections, systems testing, site cleanup, project closeout, owner walkthrough, and documentation. This phase ensures the building is safe, functional, and ready for occupancy.
