CLEAN ROOM
Heine Construction specializes in cleanroom construction for clients who require strict environmental control and dependable regulatory compliance.
We deliver end-to-end construction services that align with operational requirements, quality standards, and long-term maintainability.
We also provide comprehensive installation support for clean room equipment and systems—including HVAC integration, HEPA filtration, specialized finishes, and lighting, supported by preconstruction services helping to streamline scheduling and coordination.
DRY LAB
Heine Construction provides customizable laboratory construction solutions, including wet rooms, wet labs, and dry labs.
Our lab construction teams coordinate specialized air, gas, and utility requirements to support performance and safety needs.
From early planning through turnover, our construction services are built around reliable code alignment and HEPA-focused strategies often required for specialty lab construction, medical lab construction, and biotech construction environments.
FLAMMABLE STORAGE
Heine Construction delivered this flammable storage room to meet stringent flammable and explosion-resistant standards required for the materials stored onsite.
Capable of holding up to 48,000 gallons of liquid, we coordinated fire protection, alarm systems, and electrical work, along with custom-sized spill containment designed to specification.
FREEZER COOLER REHABILITATION
Heine Construction was tasked with rehabilitating a floor slab inside the industrial building of a meat packing plant—an environment where uptime and safety are critical in food processing construction.
The existing floor had heaved due to the lack of radiant heating lines, leading to freezing conditions below the slab.
Our team removed the slab, installed radiant lines capable of melting 8 feet of permafrost, and poured new concrete once conditions stabilized.
As the ground thawed, the displaced roof naturally settled back into place after dropping 18 inches, avoiding the need for additional roof work (and, in this case, eliminating the need for roof lifting services).
Updated mechanical freezer equipment was also installed, ensuring the plant’s floor remained stable and free from heaving.
